Kneeling on a hard floor for hours is one of the quickest ways to end up with sore knees. A kneeler board spreads your weight over a wide foam pad instead of two small contact points, so you can stay down longer and change position less often.

The foam is fixed to a rigid polypropylene tray, and the 483 x 343mm pad is wide enough for both knees with room to shift. The large handles let you lift and slide the board along as you work across a room, without getting up each time.
