It's the companion product to wedi Subliner Dry and wedi building boards, closing the gaps that a sheet membrane alone can't cover.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt's used to create secure, waterproof joints between wedi building boards, and between wedi Fundo elements and non-wedi materials such as screed and plasterboard. The tape must be fully bedded in wedi 520, wedi 610, wedi 620, or an epoxy-based adhesive, with a contact layer applied using a notched trowel before the tape is pressed in and finished with a smoothing trowel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith a longitudinal tensile strength of approximately 104 N\/15mm and high elongation at break in both directions, the tape holds firm under the movement and stress typical of tiled wet areas, while resisting water pressure above 1.5 bar and offering over 500 hours of UV resistance for added durability.
