Fold it back, apply the flooring adhesive as its manufacturer directs and let it tack off, then smooth the underlay by hand and finish with a 70kg roller. At 900kg\/m³ it gives firm, even support under the floor, and its low 0.35 tog thermal rating lets heat through, which makes it a good match for underfloor heating.
