Sigma Shaped Diamond Grinding Wheel for Chamfering is designed for creating smooth round profiles and half-bullnose edges on tiles and stone. With a 115 mm diameter, 22.2 mm bore and high removal rate, it is suitable for both dry and wet processing.

The Sigma Shaped Diamond Grinding Wheel for Chamfering is a professional profiling wheel designed for creating rounded edges and half-bullnose finishes with accuracy and speed. With a 115 mm diameter and 22.2 mm bore, it is suitable for use with compatible angle grinders and can be mounted on the Jolly-Edge for guided, more controlled shaping. 

Built for a high removal rate, this grinding wheel is ideal for shaping and profiling a range of materials including porcelain, ceramic, granite and marble. It can be used for dry or wet processing, giving you flexibility depending on your working method and material. 

Available in 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm radius options, it allows you to choose the profile size that best suits your project. On porcelain tile, the grinding wheel typically does not need restoring for up to 150 linear metres. If you notice a decrease in working speed after this point, it can be restored using the supplied restore stick. The indicative overall lifespan on porcelain tiles is approximately 250 to 300 linear metres, depending on use and conditions. 

For best results, Sigma recommends using a variable-speed angle grinder with power above 900W, set to around 6000 rpm. As with all grinding work, suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) should always be worn.
