The Sigma Jolly Edge Cutter for Mitre, Bullnose & Chamfer Edges is a professional solution for precision edge processing on ceramic tiles and slabs. Designed to slide smoothly along the tile edge, it delivers uniform, accurate finishing across the full length of the piece, even when working on natural curves.
Suitable for porcelain gres, marble, granite and glass, the Jolly Edge is built for versatility. In mitre mode, it allows cutting at any angle between 40° and 50°, with edge adjustment for greater control. In half-bullnose mode, it can create rounded bevels with radius options of 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm. It can process tiles with a thickness of 5–20 mm and lengths from 30 cm to infinity in a single pass.
The system features a wide sliding support for excellent stability during use, while the support material is designed to glide easily without scratching the tile surface. It also includes handles for improved grip and control, helping maintain steady, accurate movement across the tile.
Designed for use with your existing grinder, the Jolly Edge has a universal M14 attachment compatible with 700–1400 W angle grinders, making it a practical and more sustainable choice. It comes complete with a 115 mm turbo cutting disc.
For cleaner working conditions, it is designed with dust extraction capability for dry cutting with reduced airborne dust, using a compatible vacuum connection. It can also be used wet or dry. For wet cutting, the optional Waterkit (sold separately) allows use with an adjustable water jet for improved finish and reduced tool wear.
